- Atopic dermatitis- a study conducted on 20 patients with atopic dermatitis for 20 weeks. After hemp seed oil intervention there was a significant change in fatty acid profiles in plasma and the clinical symptoms of atopic dermatitis were improved. 1
- Acne- research has confirmed that hemp oil is enriched with a linoleic and γ-linolenic fatty acid, which have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activities and can significantly contribute to the treatment of acne.2
- Beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system – monounsaturated acids in hemp oil lower LDL-cholesterol levels and raise HDL-cholesterol levels (a study conducted on 14 people over 4 weeks).3

Vegetarians and vegans do not consume the necessary omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in their diet, hemp oil is especially useful for them.
In addition, it contains two other fatty acids that most edible oils lack, stearidonic acid (SDA) and gamma-linoleic acid (GLA).
